For some actual advice it all starts with you. Obviously each situation will be different but the one variable you can control is you. And that means taking some pride in yourself. That starts with your appearance, no single attractive woman is going to lust over an overweight man with overgrown hair and a neck beard wearing PFGs and cargo shorts Sorry OT).

Clean up your look and wear some well fitting neutral colored clothes. Im of the accord that men shouldn’t wear shorts in public, this excludes the country club or quick trips to the store, etc. So this can be something like slim fit chinos or colored jeans with a nice tshirt. When wearing pants you cant just throw on any old dusty pair of tennis shoes, wear a nice color coordinating pair of sneakers or just go with a classic all white pair. Also make sure you always have on some good cologne, women love a good smelling man. A simple change in your appearance will bring confidence and that is what you are trying to exude.

Another thing that brings confidence is getting in the gym, every time I have been at my best with the ladies is when I have been working out a ton. Seeing yourself making progress will make you feel great about yourself, and if you don't feel good about yourself how will a woman ever feel that.

Next step comes to communicating. One method I have always used is making a lap around wherever you are at, head held high and noticing who gives you the eyes, you will know what Im talking about, those are the women that will be your easiest to talk to because they will already recognize you instead of just feeling like a random creep coming up. The hardest part is the ice breaker, so obviously this is where it will vary significantly from situation to situation. But thats what you use to your advantage, don't overthink and keep it simple with something light hearted about the environment that you are sharing together. Hopefully you get a chuckle but if not its okay, most women are bitches. Then start asking simple questions about themselves and act like you are interested, but not too interested. This is the KEY, just like men, women don’t want something that is just handed to them you have to be smooth but still complimentary, short of words at time but very effective in these short words, try to avoid being cheesy. And while you are doing this make sure you are alternating between looking her in the eyes and scanning the room you are in, act like you are looking for something. Since you are looking in her eyes too she will see your eyes wandering and think you have other options out there. This little chat there may be some times where no one is talking but that is okay, that means she is thinking the same as you at that time. After a while of talking and feeling comfortable ask for her number and carry on the conversation until it goes dead or you have something else to attend to. This quick conversation will give you all you need to know if they are dating material or one night stand, if one night stand try to bump into her later that night if at the bar or don't be afraid to shoot a late night text if you feel like you have nothing to lose.

If you had a good conversation shoot a next day simple text “Hey its (name) it was nice to meet you, I had a good time talking to you” or something similar will always work. This will make her feel appreciated and happy you remembered her. Light talk from there for a while and then ask her what she is doing a certain night and take her on a date, if she is busy ask when she is free. Next thing you know you are not only talking but dating a hot woman.
