I'm all for free market economics, but this chick's dog barks THE ENTIRE TIME she's banging. Barking goes on for hours at night (sporadically with showers in between) and I'm unexpectedly home this afternoon and has had two different gentlemen callers that bother her dog (no idea how the cat reacts).
Is there some kind of "watched by barking dog fetish" niche market that she's serving? Should I call the cops or do they lurk on this board?
(Yes, I know it's trashy to have upstairs neighbors)
