I don't know if there's a direct correlation, causation or the placebo effect, but no barking dog at night. (Afternoon is another story, but that I can live with)

After listening to the dog for 4 hours today, I broke down and knocked on neighbor's door. No answer, but dog kept barking, so I called the cops. They came and attempted to speak with upstairs neighbor. Don't think she answered the door for him, either.
HOWEVER, the proper authority to call in EBR is Animal Control.Just FYI.

I have no issues with that. I’ve lived in 10 ft lot lines with a neighbor that woke up at 4 am and let his dog out to piss and then left it there for 10 minutes while he finished jerking off in the shower or whatever every friggin morning. After a couple of weeks or hearing a dog bark at 4:10 am and routinely waking up your kids, yeah frick that.
I love pets, but if you own something like a dog in an area with other people living close you best learn how to be a damn good owner or I’ll call the cops in a heart beat.
