Here's a take...maybe most people don't. Not on skin color alone.
They make judgement calls based on how people talk, act, dress, how they deal with others, raise (or don't raise) their kids.
A baw, regardless of hue, who goes to work, provides for his family, raises his kids, doesn't act like an obnoxious a-hole...probably not gonna have a damn bit of an issue.
Some TPOS, again, regardless of color, who goes around loud talking, cussing, booming windows with their crappy music, have no respect for others, sagging their pants, shitty tattoos all on their face and neck, no account kids who disrupt and ruin everything, loud arse women who always start trouble... those people are probably gonna be despised by everyone except other TPOS.

People with negative characteristics can still have good ideas and promote positive messages.
The whole "well they did some bad things so we shouldn't listen to anything they say" mantra would basically wipe out every great leader in history.
