This is a shitty hot take on this one. The hobby doesn't make her shite herself, sometimes nature just calls. But when you're running long distances and it calls, you're limited in your options. If it happens at a restaurant or in the movies you just go to the nearest bathroom.
I would never shite myself on a run then just keep running. I bring a little baggie with baby wipes just in case. Knock on wood, I've never had an issue.
