Have you ever heard of such a thing? Am I going to die?
This is a reputable grocery store too.

Are you allergic to sales?
I age my steaks anyway. Unless they smell off they should be fine. Might have been misprinted

Hope your toilet has a seatbelt; you’re about to be on a wild ride.

Not from the cheap steak.
There's not much you can do with these honestly. They tend to be very thin, and poorly marbled. Your best bet is to use them in a manner where they aren't the center of the dish: kabobs would be a good idea.

Dont forget the milk and jellybeans

I love a good steak with some ketchup on it.

the NY STrips from Kroger weren't thin but didn't have much marbling
would do stir fry, korean BBQ, or just grilled if i wanted flavor. usually it was just to get lots of protein for a good price on the skillet and it was nothing compared to the bone-in ribey for $1/lb more (when it is available). i can throw down with those

Those are the cuts of meat from cows that died from illness and not slaughtered.

These are about an inch and have a little marbling. It is bone in, so there's that.

Strips don't have much marbling anyway.
