What flava drink?

Don’t remember what location we were ordering from, but ex-MrsBears and I were ordering and the person asked, “what fo’ to drink?”

We laughed/joked about that that for years.

This thread is kinda weird . I had no idea Popeyes was this frequented by the OT. I don't even know where there is one anymore in Baton Rouge. Maybe Perkins/Bluebonnet?

When I first moved from Louisiana to The Woodlands, my favorite thing was bringing people who came visit from back home to Popeye's. It certainly wasn't Chic-Fil-A level service, but it was like going to an average to slightly above average fast-food joint. Minds were blown.

Two in my town in Arkansas, one is in a bad part of town and it's terrible, the other is ok during the day but the night crew is so bad its one to avoid

Maximum wait times at my local Popeye's - 30 to 45 minutes. So I decided to try KFC. The chicken was stale and it was awful.

So it's back to Cane's for me.

I don’t care if they jive arse around or take forever with your order, I just want the place to be clean. Or I guess hot grease kills anything anyway.

There was one across from my apartment in college in Texas. It was a unicorn. The manager was the most on top of it guy i've ever met. He had the best customer service and would visit every table.

Every employee was hard working, and the line was a breeze. I often think about him and wonder if he's now a VP or executive. No way that guy was in the store for long.

There is a Popeyes on base at Nellis and it’s like walking into the twilight zone. Smiling workers, clean facilities, never have to wait for fresh chicken. It’s incredible.

Oddly enough I have now experienced this twice in my lifetime. There is a Popeye's in The Woodlands, TX close to where I used to live that has amazing service and is spotless.

I now live in Boise, ID and went to a Popeye's here recently and was once again shocked at the service and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Night and day compared to the Popeye's I used to frequent growing up in New Iberia, LA....

Pretty damn good service in La Porte, Texas, but they’re all Latino women working and doing a damn fine job.

Ahh Nellis. Spent alot of good times of my youth there. Some of the best sunsets Ive ever seen. Used to have a place called the Quickturn to order fried foods. It was awesome.

I’ve never been to a Popeyes where my ordering process went smoothly or I got everything I ordered. EVER

The one closest to me in Gwinnett County was mostly ok. A couple of weeks ago, bingo! A crew of Hispanics ! Could understand every word thru the speaker and order was perfect. That's the answer

When people ask me for my billion dollar idea, I say it's Popeye's with great customer service.

Popeyes just needs robots.

Got stuck at Taco Bell and they have AI ordering at the drive through: improvement.

If Popeyes did that and automated their chicken frying process they would explode as a brand.

They hate us, so we hate them. They make no secret about that.

We only get Popeyes once every 6 months or so.
You would think that ordering on the app would make the whole ordeal easier. Nope! Still the same bad attitudes and shitty service when you get there
