I like my comfortable life. I enjoy being able to do what I want, when I want with no worry. Seems super weird to want to struggle.

Every morning when you wake up slam a body part in a door. This will make you feel better.

I love chaos and a fight. Reason I love training.
Idk if I just need immediate return on investment or since I was raised in chaos it is my norm and feels safe.
Just wonder if anyone else experiences the same thing.
I'm aware of it and try changing just don't know how to maintain.
Oddly enough, people with addiction issues have problems with the "calm". For some reason they need chaos to feel normal. It is a weird phenomenon. I knew a guy that got clean but he missed the "thrill" of driving to the shady dealer and all the dangers that came with it.

You need serious therapy my man. Because somewhere along the way you became cross threaded

That is the sinful nature that is in every human being on this earth.

Anyone else only is happy because they feel a purpose when in chaos and struggle?
That’s called being fricked in the head.
Living comfortably is the destination. When you achieve it, maintain and enjoy it
If you keep looking for chaos and struggle, that’s a symptom of a problem. No one will be happy being with someone like that.
Seek therapy.

Some people like drama and chaos in their lives.
As you get older you want less so there is still hope for you.

Correct, sir. For some reason it manifests itself with some of those that have had addiction issues.
For most of us if the issue is eradicated (e.g. the cancer is gone) we are grateful. For some of those addiction folks they miss the chemo.
Bad example but you get the point.

Where is this chemo? I need it.

Calm is boring. The normal day to day is mundane.
When you are used to stress or as he says chaos it can be extremely hard to retrain your brain that calm is fine.

Does your head hurt, feet stink, and nobody loves you?

Kinda, sorta. I never feel terribly comfortable because I'm always waiting for the other shoe to drop, wondering what will go wrong next.
I wish I didn't think this way; it brings me great anxiety.

I completely agree with this. God helped me overcome an addiction, and I can honestly say I don’t miss that life and have no desire to return to it. It was taking a toll on every area of my life as it was damaging my relationship with God, hurting my relationships with family and friends, and leading me away from the person He created me to be.
I’m grateful for the freedom, healing, and new life God has given me. Through His grace and strength, I am able to move forward and embrace the life He has called me to live.

I never feel too comfortable because I recognize everything can change in the blink of an eye
I wish I could live in the moment more instead of worrying about what could be comming
in that sense, nothing is every truly "stable"

I respectfully disagree. I experienced a great deal of stress in my life due to someone I had to work closely with, and that was one of the factors that influenced my decision to retire when I did. I reached a point where I no longer wanted to carry unnecessary stress into this season of my life.
The life I have now is anything but mundane or boring. I have found a peace and calm that I truly value, and it is something I would not trade for anything. I believe there is great blessing in appreciating the quiet moments, enjoying the freedom I have been given, and living this season of life with gratitude.
