Advertisment is much cooler than advertisement even tho the British version is spelled the same. The British, even with all the tomfoolery and cockney do have some good folks.

There's British spelling and then there're the spoken variations. The spoken variations have a class overlay that are there, but we may miss on them.
There are also regionals that are incomprehensible in other parts of Great Britain. The around Newcastle Geordie is the only one I have dealt with, and there were folks there from whose speech I couldn't even distinguish words, much less meanings.

This youtuber explains why the English language is such a mess. A lot of etymology on old languages that formed English, as well as how US English and UK are different.

For example I catch myself writing "behaviour" instead of "behavior". I can't explain it. Spelling it behaviour just seems more natural.

You're just retarded.

Same here. I also use theatre. Honestly, it’s not something I try to do. Honestly no one ever points it out either.

Spelling aside, British english and their accents are all bull shite to try and sound higher class than others. It's all a ruse and they forget to keep it up when singing.

They also say "Hotting up" instead of "Heating up" and "Drink driving" instead of "Drunk driving" both of which stick in my craw.
