Get over it already, and move on.

I think this is where I'm at right now. And LSU under Kelly needs to open the season with a cupcake rather than play against a team with a good pulse.

As a friend of mine who did well in the market tells people: "If you can't take the heat, get out.". And I bet he's buying soon.

This is one of many bad directions the state is going in under this current La. governorship and legislators.
This is the worst I've seen in my lifetime, and that's saying a lot, I've been around since Edwin Edwards.

If you have sleep anxiety sleep restriction can make things worse.

I can’t seem to sleep more than 5.5 hours. This started some time after working from home.
This is not surprising. This is one root cause of sleep issues for me... I found out (anecdotally) that social isolation can cause a "low level" fight/flight response, which can cause sleep disruption. I've seen articles mentioning this as well.
re: How much sleep do you get on an average night?

Last year had bad insomnia... coming out of it. Now getting 5 to 7, sometimes 8 per night, just depends. Last year it was like 2 to 4.
Edit: I figured out the root cause of my sleep issues. Also, learned a *lot* along the way about fight/flight, amygdala response, etc.

It wasn't a problem when Florida, LSU, etc. were being gutted. But all of a sudden, it's a major issue. The NCAA needs to do something about this now!
Unreal.
Unreal.

Bama fans should be asking themselves if Saban intentionally tanked the program for his own legacy as the GOAT and make DeBoer the fall guy.
Saban could’ve left in February to keep the portal closed but instead he’s let everyone feast on alabamas talent and recruits. It’s a feeding frenzy.
This.

Spin it. LSU players were allowed to leave via portal, and they did. Same happening at Alabama. Now it's an issue... wow!

You really want a coaching change, during good times, to be a death penalty for every top program?
Everybody laughed at LSU when O was fired and we were down to less than 40 players. Everyone loved it then. What's the difference now? Oh yeah! It's YOUR team getting picked and torn apart.
"I want to play for (University)! The rich tradition!" ... it's all smoke and mirrors, hiding the $$$$. Players were getting paid for decades, now comes NIL and the portal. Even SMU back in the day became a strong team until they were given the death sentence.

Wow.
You're not used to this. It's common when a HC leaves. LSU didn't have 40 scholarship players when BK took over. It was a mess. But at least LSU is a big enough program to recover relatively quickly under the right coach.
A lot of attrition when a HC leaves. It's the way it is.
