The last time I was in Nola at Mardi gras a rather large woman being supported by the shoulders of a smaller man decided to flash the crowd with her fatty, fleshy, titties. About that same time a bony, white, emaciated arm reached from the depths of the crowd to gently cup her left breast. After about 5 seconds of this spectacle the woman with the A1Cs noticed and shooed the hand away like it was a buzzing bee, to which the hand released and slowly retreated back to the depths.
The whole scene is burned into my mind like staring at the sun. Anyway, carry on.

You’ll have to be more specific. That could be any one of us.

Just don’t buy coke off a stranger, or do coke your buddy bought off a stranger and you will be alright.

??? Confidence is increasing that there will be multiple significant impacts Mardi Gras day and into the evening hours. First strong winds will quickly develop Tuesday with widespread frequent wind gusts greater than 35 mph and a few greater than 50 mph.
?? Severe storms likely across the region. The trend has been slightly faster & south & storms may impact the end of afternoon parades. At this time all modes of severe weather will be possible...damaging wind gusts, large hail, & tornadoes.
??????The forecast prior to Mardi Gras day looks great. Morning lows drop into the upper 40s to lower 50s with highs in the mid 60s to lower 70s but we warm up for Tuesday & storms expected Tuesday afternoon and into the evening.

Idk. I swam in the ocean, went golfing, then to an NHL game, now I’m watching the spring breakers file off the beach.

NOLA was fun in the 90s but I have no desire to ever go back
I dated a girl that was highly involved with cleopatra back when it was a good crew. Rode in Thoth for 4 years and a couple of Metairie parades as well. Camped out on the middle ground on st Charles to baby sit the kegs for two nights…in the rain. Got to see Pete Fountains half fast marching band because I passed out on a fraternity brothers front porch on st Charles. All late 90’s early 00’s.
Just thinking about heading down there gives me indigestion.

Mine, actually.
You aren't authorized to use it.
Usually benefits from a couple details.
Brian, 48, Eunice, never been to New Orleans, held the line in the great Perkins Rowe "urban youth takeover" of 2011

Haven't been since 1978, my freshman year at LSU. Barely had the $10.00 minimum bars required, so I urinated in a large McDonald's cup that I shared with two other guys. We keep it on the floorboard of the car we drove from BR. Used it in broad daylight with thousands of folks walking the sidewalk next to it. Not one of my proudest moments.
We were supposed to be staying at one guys uncle's home. We slept in the car in his uncle's driveway.
Never spent even five minutes with either of those guys after that couple of days.
They were the sons of American oil field trash who worked in Saudia Arabia.Their parents sent them to boarding school in Italy. They stunk because they never bathed.

How does the feel to use the lamest Nola response in this site. 1500 times this has been posted. Yes there may be 10 guys in the quarter using this stupid scam. So in all of uptown and mid city this is a non issue and for 99% of the quarter visitors they know nothing about this.

I’m over MG, but it’s nice to see folks enjoying it.

Eh, I could go the rest of my life without going to Mardi Gras. I prob will actually, and that makes me happy
Its something to go to at least once. I've been to New Orleans on Mardi Gras weekend several times and I always had a good time, but I definitely couldn't do it every year. Now if I lived there it would be easier to navigate through (depending on where you live), but I would recommend everyone experience it at least one time.

To each his own. Have fun. I know I will. It was a beautiful day today in Telluride.
