Bro what are you waiting for to play the race card? Go straight to the media and say your son was punished more strictly because the educational system treats black boys more harshly due to systemic racism. This is an easy W for you

School boards and their schools don't want to suspend children anymore. They sure don't want to expel them. If a suspended kid robs a corner store or wrecks his Grand Ma's car the school can be held at fault.
A kid today can shoot their teacher or break their leg and nothing will be said.

Your son now understands what is like to be born White. Certain people will always get a free pass and play the victim.

She's ahead of your son in the victim hood hierarchy.

Fat women, lgbtq women, disabled women, etc. All get preferential treatment, regardless of the circumstances, over males.

In middle school a girl who was constantly getting into trouble stabbed me in my hand with a lead pencil. I then called her a bitch. She got a regular detention and I got a Saturday detention. I was pissed because I ended up having to miss one of my youth football games because of it. That’s the only time I got into trouble at school. This was around 30 years ago.

Was it ever any different? Girls always had the ultimate privilege in school when I was growing up. Especially in Catholic schools, run by women, where it was generally presumed that boys were pure evil until proven otherwise.

No, equality has been out of fashion for a while now. Equality presented too many undesirable outcomes. It's about equity now.

A fight meant licks or we call your parents.

The smart move was to take the licks.

Tell him next time to assume she is trying to identify as a boy and hit her back in an attempt to affirm her gender-choice.

I find it very strange that she got no consequences at all. A lot of schools have zero tolerence policies where fighting is automatically punished, often with suspension.

I do know that schools will often not tell you their actions with regard to another student. There are privacy laws they have to follow. Heck, I won't even tell one student or their parents what grades other students have received. Of course they can find out from the other students.

They don’t. They pass the buck up the chain to the DA’s office.
