quote:Rome's founding myth was Romulus and Remus suckle by a wolf. Romulus was the stronger and killed Remus... so we got Rome and not a weaker Reme.
Didn’t she actually survive the Trojan War with Ajax and a bunch of people and according to the Romans established a settlement in Italy that eventually became Rome and therefore was the mother of the Roman Empire, which eventually conquered Greece and the entire Mediterranean. Even if not totally true and just Roman PR, she was so famous they wanted it to be true

More likely, she was taken to Greece back with Menelaus. The Aeneid is basically a made up story to give Rome an epic founding novel. It's a pretty good book, nonetheless.

I'm fairly certain she got back with Menelaus in the story.
Funnily enough, you can see the anachronistic values on display in the movie when Paras runs from Menelaus during their duel. In the film, Helen nurses Paras's wounds and says she doesn't want a warrior but someone she can grow old with. In the epic poem, Helen calls Paras a coward.

Dunno which AI you asked, but I randomly searched and found one and asked it to make a picture of a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Pure nightmare fuel.

That was Aeneas in the Æneid by Virgil. Aeneas almost killed Helen in Troy during the sacking of the city, but ultimately left her there.
