This is how you know you're old as frick.

RIP happy-go-lucky me.

RIP live for today me.

RIP young me. Vibrant, interesting, compelling, magnetic me.

Now I'm just a fat old fricker in safety shoes trying to stave off certain death as long as possible.

Not necessarily- my son had to wear one a few years ago when he was 13

Baw, lose some weight. You'll feel better with just this one change.

What does a heart monitor do, pray tell?

And how is it worn fashionably?

Take it from me pal: if you're in a situation where you have a million responsibilities and dont feel you can take care of yourself, bury that feeling and do what you need to do. when you come back stronger the weight of the world will not feel nearly as heavy.

I had to wear one when I was about 30 - they found nothing. Had an EKG a few months ago - came back my heart is healthy as a horse.

I wore one a while back and it was from a supplement that had caffeine in it.

It's weird. I can drink coffee and every drinks all day, but toss in a pill that has it and it caused some skipped heart beats. I could feel it coming.

Stopped it and it disappeared.

Get back on the IF and exercising.

Get a plan and date certain to stop practicing law. It will change your life for the better.

That's really gonna dicker with the heart monitor. You may need to turn down the magnetism a bit.

This is basically my situation. I was having a thumping or flutter that was pretty frequent for a while, but the EKG couldn't catch it. Doc says that if there's anything going on, the monitor will catch it. He doesn't seem too concerned.
