Man if I had a heart condition at 16 this would have been a very awkward conversation with the cardiologist.

Aren't you in your 50s?

You aren't old, you're just unhealthy.

I had to wear one for palpitations for 48 hours.

They were benign palpitations and later found out it was likely due to my Magnesium and Vitamin D being low.

But you're probably still fricked.

I was having a thumping or flutter that was pretty frequent for a while, but the EKG couldn't catch it

The secret is to do the EKG while the porn is still showing.

I had a stroke a few years back. Upon getting out of the hospital, I had to wear one of those fricking things for 21 days, day and night. It was a pain in the arse wearing that thing because the patches irritated the shite out of my skin. It did put my mind at ease though to find out I didn’t have heart problems.

ETA: when it was over, I got a bill for $5,000 that my insurance wouldn’t cover. I called them and they said they would settle for $125 if the insurance wouldn’t cover!

Birth certificate says I’m 56. Body feels like 66. In my mind I’m 26.

Same here , two of my kids wore one in their 20s as well as several friends in their 30s, and 40s, they all came out normal, no issues.

Hope your son is well. How old is he now? Does he have family.
My daughter was born with a malformed chamber. The thought of surgery on her little body was disturbing.

Have done this twice and the diagnosis was proved wrong both times....first times was about thirty eight years ago....that cardiologist said I should go home apply for disability and not do anything of a strenuous nature....worked industrial construction for twenty five of those years before wearing it a second time.
That was inconclusive as well....
Used car salesmen are less shady than those two guys.....retired at 67 so they were trying to make a payment on that Range Rover long before it was called for........
