Hyundai groundbreaking event

I was curious today and I was in the area. I saw the cars and buses heading towards the land that's being developed.
It look like something out of a movie. They have an old plantation style house next to the land where the event was taking place. They must have had 40 Korean guys dressed in all black suits standing out by the road. Hiding under trees. Everywhere you looked there was a Korean guy. I'm sure it was either private security or secret service. They had two guys under a low-hanging oak tree, one with a camera and one with a notebook taking pictures of all the cars coming down the road.
They had a plane flying overhead, pulling a banner that said" go home. Hyundai ". I'm not sure why people in that area are so against this kind of growth

Secret Donald Trump / King Jon-Un summit.
You were not supposed to see that. The NSA is currently enroute to your location.

seems like mostly environmentalists doing their thing plus this:
He said the United Steelworkers supports responsible investment in new industries, but “economic development should not come at the expense of worker protections, public health or community accountability.”
I'm sure.

I'm pretty sure my great uncle just had a flashback to the war after reading this.

It's simply what people in our area have always done.
Then, those same folks will gripe about "the other side of the river having everything," while we've got nothing.

Dville folks thought they were getting all conveniences of life, I've been telling them they'll get traffic and headaches
I'm on the other side of the river, it ain't all that. Besides, with 70 being 4 lanes, it's easier for someone in Dville to get to Tanger, the hospital, lowes, and Hwy 30 restaurants than it is for someone in Galvez.

They will be planting persimmon trees that have fruit the size of a baseball.

Do you think the OT keeps track of Hyundai ground breaking events?
What area?
And post less.

If we are lucky, we might see a Hyundai manufacturing vehicle oroduction plant or two coming soon...

I saw 2 Koreans in downtown BR eating with some Hyundai shirts on, some younger fellas, probably 25-26. Figured they were techs at the local dealership. Makes sense now.
