There usually isn’t much tax money with all the incentives.

Because they lied to the City Councils. Did not hire thousands and development is currently drying up wells at the farms still operating.
A new freight airport is planned and warehouses are taking over farmland.

Since the residents of D’ville no longer harvest sugarcane by hand, all they have to do is buy and sell drugs and traffic minors. Maybe some of them will get off their asses and try to better themselves. I’d rather Hyundai get my tax money and the folks in D’ville get off the dole.
