Grow some balls. I have no problem telling my wife that I disapprove of something...the problem in your case is that you've let her run astray for this long...but it's not too late to just tell her you don't like that particular sign or the burlap curtains.. just man up and tell her... Hopefully you didn't lie to her and tell her you thought that shite looked great and that she's such a wonderful decorator.

Just give it to the lord. She's trying to make a warm home for you the best she can. Be glad she's not doing Marijuana till all hours of the morning and hanging out at truckstop casinos and blowing your paycheck bwfore its even cashed!

I was faced with this dilemma about five years ago, and I simply suggested that we hire an interior decorator that will help blend both of our tastes and styles. My wife was constantly paying for stuff that didn't coordinate with what she envisioned in her head and I hated it.
It worked out very well for the both of us b/c the person in just a few sessions came in our home, gave us some suggestions to chose from on what would look best given both of our styles, and we chose one and haven't argued about this topic in years.
So, in short hire an interior decorator and save yourself some heartache, time, and money.

Agree. We frick with each other all the time anyway so I can’t imagine one of us being afraid to say something like this. Couples who don’t have that kind of rapport intrigue me.
