That was the honorable doctor reverend Cleotus Jefferson of The Macadamia Jublilation Congregation, he’s not just any “black preacher”
I already got the email on the prayer web and my thoughts are with him at this time for his suffering at the hands of the white folks

Ten years ago I bumped into an older man's rear bumper in stop and go traffic. He looked much like Jerry Seinfeld's father on the show which was pretty ironic...because he was driving an old Lincoln.

did you take your own pics of the accident and the damage. because if there was no damage your insurance company would squash his claims.

If so, they'll be on the hook for it and handle it. Most of the time it's settled for something up to your limits.
Same thing happened to my wife. She rubbed against a car while trying to change lanes in a 25 MPH zone. Her and the other driver both stopped, called the police, etc. No ambulance, of course. No injuries of any kind reported at the scene. My wife was at fault because the other woman had possession of the lane.
3 weeks later I get a letter from Geico saying we/they're being sued due to the accident. They ultimately settled for some undisclosed amount. It's ridiculous in this shithole state.

False. Absolutely false. I went through this same shite recently. Literally scraped a car bumper. No visible damage to either car. Insurance company settled for a couple thousand for her "soft tissue injury." I was irate and let them know that's why I switched companies.
ETA - My wife was sitting in the passenger seat and had no idea it happened until I stopped. Also, when the insurance investigator came to look at my truck, I told him exactly where the scratch was, but he still couldn't find it. A shopping cart scrapping your door would do more damage. frick a crook.

most decent insurance has 100k medical, thats his trarget and will most likely get 50k from insurance just to settle and go away
