About 20+ years ago I gently tapped the rear bumper of a car driven by a Democrat. Her first question is do you have insurance. She calls the police, 9 people get out of her Buick, 6 just walk off and don’t come back. No damage to either car. I get a letter in a week from Attorney James Cash stating I permanently caused damage to her property and her person. Yes, written just like that. My insurance company rep said they gave her $4500.

I think you're probably fine.
I had a low speed collision with an older couple. Wife starts yelling about how they just left the pain clinic and she just got out of a neck brace. She left in an ambulance after making a huge deal out of it.
Never heard from them again. Rates didn't change.
To the reverse, I had a crazy bitch hit me at about 45 mph while I was at a dead stop. Tried to leave the scene with her front bumper in my back seat - made it a mile down the road. I thought she was uninsured, but got a check for the car (her name was not the policyholder). Wish I had played the pain and suffering card and gotten paid like a motherfricker. Had whiplash for damn 3 days.
