How Screwed Am I???

So my teenage daughter was driving and lightly ran into the back of another car last night.

There was not a scratch on her plastic bumper and the few marks on the other car’s bumper could be rubbed away with my thumb.

When the “victim” gets out of the car I know it is going to be trouble. He is a man in his 60's, dressed like a black preacher, colorful suit and tie, and a hat that would make Frank Sinatra proud.

When the police get there he says he needs an ambulance, then proceeds to sit in the ambulance for 30 minutes because he says his shoulder hurts.

His wife and daughter get there in one car and the man says he needs to go to the hospital and ride the ambulance there (not get driven by the wife and daughter who is following him to the hospital.)

I figure my insurance company is on the hook for the ambulance ride and x-rays already.

How much pain and suffering can you claim when both cars are un-scuffed.

The police and ambulance guys were kind of laughing at the guy and knew he was looking for a payday.
