The future is one big hoax, you’re gonna die and it’s never gonna get better. What is wrong with dying anyway? The orgasm of life.

71 here and I feel blessed everyday the good Lord gives me a new day. You get out of life what you put into it and what you make of it. This will hit hard to some. The evidence will be their down votes.

The thrill of getting home and seeing my kids, cold beers, and having sex with my wife keeps me going.
Very subtle, "I still get sex from my wife" brag.

Hey man, don’t know what’s going on but I hope you can find some positivity.

I get better every day. I will never peak. Always look forward to the day. Always be learning and growing. Never stop.

I’m 54 and my life just gets better every year and has been since I was a kid.
I did ask my 82 year old father if life loses enjoyment and he said it happened to him when his wife (my mom) got sick two years ago.
My dad and I both won the marriage lottery and have great kids so that is probably a huge factor in life enjoyment.
My next huge step comes in 2.5 years when I retire. I am very much looking forward to that. And I suspect about that time there may be grandchildren on the horizon.

Sex with your wife is overrated.
If you don't believe me just ask your friends.

It loses a certain lustre each time the list narrows on who you can call at the end of the day. Grandma, Grandpaw, mom, dad, siblings, longtime friends...

Got married, had kids, sex life tanked. Life is more meaningful now but way less fun

All depends how much your wife is putting out

The thrill is not lost but I do appreciate quiet time.

67 here... blessed with reasonably good health. Still able to do the things I enjoy doing (Riding Motorcycle and playing Drums..)
Married 42 years and enjoying the fruits of our marriage with our grandkids...
Life is good...

Probably when I went from intern working 2 or 3 days a week at the office to graduating college and going full time that summer. Reality sets in pretty fast.

I’m 45 and love my life. Sure, I get nostalgic at times, but choose to wake up grateful.
