COVID was fun but when the trumpflation hit and you realize that you’re gonna be poor the rest of your life that’s when things started getting bad
That was the second tumble. The initial one was losing my airline and hotel status and having to work in my jammies from the house like a gen z cuck.

Mr brother said of one of his sons, "he was born middle aged."

I haven’t lost it at 44.
I would say go work harder and make more money.
Doesn’t matter how rich you are right now, if you’re hitting a downer, stay busy with work. Get paid.
It’s hard tk admit you don’t work hard, but you can always change something up ahd get great results.
I am a way better sales person than I was just five years ago.

I guess I was about 30 or 35 when life became a grind. At 59 1/2 I crunched some numbers and found I was able to retire. Retired at 60 and life regained its thrill!

I think these people in here saying how cool their life still is are the same ones who look forward to marvel movies

It hasn't happened yet.

No doubt. The only thrill for real men these days is the minute threat of nuclear winter.

I enjoy life.
However, I'm sick of working for someone else. Sick of working in general, the corporate ladder is a dogshit farce I wasn't meant for. The call to just build a hovel in a forest and die fighting the government is strong.

Somehow, I don't think most people are going to re-discover their thrill with this.

Fortunately my family is the only cool thing left. It's the rest of the simulation that has turned to shite.

The more I age, the more awesome it gets. I'm sure I'll hit the day of diminishing returns if I'm lucky enough to make it that far, but I quite enjoy how things are going.
