We aren't seeing them out of Pensacola/Navarre to my knowledge. Went to the reefs today and Mingo was the star of the show now that ARS is out of season.
re: What are the best ways to make beans less gassy?
Posted by sheepshead on 8/22/26 at 7:49 pm to cbree88
Stringedinstruments recommended eat more of them. This is the answer. I eat beans daily and never have gas from them.
When was in Australia back in the 90s as a young Marine, was served baked beans at breakfast in the chow hall. Never was huge fan of baked (sugary) beans, but the I liked the concept and now have beans (or peas or lentils) for most breakfasts. Cooked with a bit of Sausage is a most excellent way to start the day.

Really put some thought to the prompt here, but can't think of a thing that Navy Fed does shitty.
Their mortgage dept is lazy, but I've only used them a few times in 30+ years of our relationship.
Otherwise, they good to bank with. If you have a veteran in your family might be eligible. Highly recommend.

"Can you give me a quick rundown on that recipe?"
Stir fry 2lbs seasoned deveined shrimp and remove from pan.
Add celery (3 stalks) and tasso or andouille to the pan and sauté' until celery softens slightly. Then add broccoli, (1)green bell pepper and (1)orange bell pepper and stir for 2 to 3 min. Add mushrooms and garlic for 2 min. At this point your veggies should still be crunchy. Add 1 can of petite tomatoes or rotel tomatoes - depending on your spice level. Add 1 1/2 cups of chicken bone broth, bay leaf and add back your shrimp. Optional add 1/2 cup of tequila. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat. Add 1 teaspoon of corn starch to cold water stir and add to the pan if you want to thicken the sauce. Serve over rice. Seasonings used on the shrimp... Weber roasted garlic and herb, Fire and Smoke Fish Monger seafood blend and chicalicka bam bam; Cayenne Pepper, Tony's and black pepper.

What do you think about the cyber security stocks? Down big for same theory, but I'm not so sure. Started a position in PANW yesterday as it's growth and valuation getting very attractive.
