I haven't used an alarm in years. My dad was a OTR truck driver and could wake up within about 10 minutes of when he needed to get up, whether it be 3am or 6am. I think I inherited that.
My biggest issue is if I wake up in the middle of the night, like tonight, I can't fall back asleep. My mind starts thinking about the next day and it's over for me, so I just get up and get coffee.

I always have one set for work but usually wake up before it. It's set for 4 and I'm up at 3:50 during the week.

nearly every day. Waking up at 4 am isn't a natural thing

I wake up nearly every morning between 3-4 am.

I usually go ahead and get up and enjoy the quiet with my coffee and a book before my ppl wake up. I enjoy that time when everything is still and peaceful.

On work days, set at 4. If I had a consistent bed time schedule, probably wouldn't need one.
That's probably the real variable here, how consistent is your bedtime, and mine is far from it.

Never, my brain knows when to wake up automatically based on what I need to do. On a routine day, 5 am or within 10 minutes of 5 am.

If I sleep to 7:30 I was partying the night before.

Alarm is usually set for 5:30am every day but I am up between 4:30-5 without needing the alarm

Basically every 15 mins from 0545 until 0700.
Why not just get up at 545 and have a whole extra 1hr 15 mins to do stuff?
