I have mine set for 0445 M-F and usually wake way before it sounds. I don't set one for the weekend!

I don't either but once the sun starts coming up I'm awake. I wish I could sleep until 7:30 like OP.

Usually need to wake up at 3a. Set two alarms, normally wake up at 2 or 230a without the alarms.
I'm off work for the two months, still woke up at 2a.

I get up at 5 am everyday, no alarm needed I have two labs that come in my room and sit next to my side of the bed at 4:55 like clockwork. By 5 they are nudging me to get up so they can go out.

I have young kids, I don't need an alarm clock. They barge into my room at 6:30 usually, and I'm usually up by 6-6:15 anyway

I set an arm nearly every time I am required to he awake at a certain time whether it's 4AM or 10AM. About 98% of the time I wake up and play on my phone for 30 minutes before the alarm goes off.

I use my alarm 6-7 days every week. Wish I could sleep in more.

I normally wake early even on the weekends. I sometimes feel that if I sleep past 0600, I've slept late.

I just set one alarm and never hit snooze.
I’d rather get an “extra” 30 mins of sleep than 30 mins of hitting snooze

Generally 5 to 6:30am without an alarm.
Morning wood about 20 minutes before that.

I have one set for every morning, but I always wake up like 3 minutes before it goes off.

One at 6:15 and 1 at 6:25, but I hardly ever need it. Any more than 2 is excessive.

Weird down votes... I have to be at work for 6:45. On the weekend, I get up and grade assignments, then go for a hike/walk.

People who set their alarm in 15 minute increments are the worst. Just set it at the time you want to wake up and have some willpower and get your arse up.

I set one but always wake up and turn it off before it goes off but on that rare occasion when I am tired and do sleep till it goes off then I have it to wake me up.
I’d say 2-3 times a month

I am one of those lucky people that does not need an alarm to wake up. I probably don't sleep soundly either.

M-F, but my body is trained to the point that I generally wake up 15 minutes before they go off, even on the weekends.

My wife blow drying her hair is my alarm.
