Mon - Friday: 6:00 AM
6:00-6:45: ride my stationary bike
6:45-7:00: shower & dress
7:00-7:30: coffee & news
7:30: go upstairs to my office
Sat: no alarm
Sunday: 7:00 to get ready for church

Never, and haven't for many years. I seem to have this internal clock that wakes me up no matter what time I need to get up.
However, I hardly ever sleep past 5:30 and am usually up well before then most days.

I never set an alarm and I'm up between 530 and 6 everyday.
