~$400 at a NL Hold’em table. I’m very good at setting limits on my losses when gambling. That’s pocket change to most poker players, but I’ve never even been tempted to put high stakes at risk.

I bet on sports and don't know what this is.

Lost $256 last year according to my statement.

Not bad for entertainment. Spent more than $500 on golf and way more on fishing.

I saw a Vietnamese prostitute (per the table) lose like $10k in about 30 minutes at PLO

There is a fine-arse Vietnamese prostitute who used to always be at the baccarat tables at LDL, but I haven't seen her in a long time. Wonder if they finally banned her.

It may be the same lady for all. I know. The Vietnamese players got real tight with me and would talk to me about these things. But this particular instance it was a former DEA agent who had a son married to a Vietnamese cocktail waitress who had the scoop.

ETA: that same guy was in the AA KK QQ triple set flop too. He was a PLO regular

Was in Greenville Mississippi back in the 90’s at the Cotton Club. Got up $14,000 and was down about $7,200 when I walked out the door at daylight. So $7200.00 in one session.

I just came back from the Bellagio. 1300 for a comp suite is fairly good.

Probably $100.

But my weirdest gambling situation was I got ejected from a hotel casino in Irkutsk, Russia (Siberia) playing blackjack ($5 bets) when I won 12 consecutive hands.

It was 100% pure luck, not skill, but the Russians must have thought I was cheating with that amazing winning streak.

After I won the 12th, and last, hand, I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned in that direction only to look up at an Ivan Drago doppelganger towering over me.

He gave his best effort at speaking English and said to me, "You stop now."

Holding back from pissing my pants I said firmly, "What?"

He leaned in towards me and said "You go now. No blackjack by you."

He walked me away from the table.

The next evening after work I went back to the same casino and as I sat down at the blackjack table (they only had one blackjack table) the dealer said, "Sorry. You cannot play blackjack. Roulette, okay. Dice, okay. But no blackjack."

It was one of my proudest moments in Russia.

$1500. I did win $275 the next day.

I was dumb and always wanted to "put it all on black". I did. I wasn't sloppy drunk, but I had been drinking.

I am still waiting, but it was no where close to $2000.. You can take 2 0s off and it was just south of that.
