I don't technically have a limit but it impacts income when I take a lot. Most years about 4 weeks some I take 5. My firm's partnerships use the eat what you kill model so if I ain't hunting I ain't eating.

25 days until next October when I will opt for 365 days off a year. Getting there.

That's not a big deal, but women getting paid for 4 months and the men getting almost 2 months is the impressive part.
I got three days paid back when we were having kids.
You guys are getting paid?

As much as I want to take (self-employed)...

4 weeks vacation
6 personal / sick days
Use it or lose it.

I work for myself so basically none. Doesn't matter if I get away on vacation or not

2 weeks which is not even close to enough. I'm envious of the people who get like 5.
I need another job.

3 weeks but I can carry one over. I work remotely though, so I’ll take trips and just work from the hotel.
ETA: at my last job I got 24 and accrued 2 days every month, but I could only have 176 hours banked. So I had 2 3-day weekends every month without ever losing a day of vacation when I was maxed out.

I get 4 weeks a year, and can carry over as much as I can, but that is changing and by end of year next year, we can only carry over 2 weeks.

200 hours of vacation (5 weeks) can only roll over 40 of those hours.
60 hours of sick time, again can roll over 40 hours
11 paid holidays a year including 3 that float and can be used anytime.

We don't bother with such trivialities here at the Central Bank of Moldova.

6 weeks vacation and a personal holiday plus six observed holidays.

3 weeks but I just started. I’m no little bitch like my fellow millennial compadres who expect 6 weeks PTO on day 1. Will have 4 weeks pto in 5 years and 5 weeks PTO in 10 years.
Doesn’t include 5 days a year of sick time that get banked.

I'm federal, I earn 8 hours of leave every two weeks and can carry over 240 hours from one year to the next. Plus the ability to earn comp time and a bunch of federal holidays.

Logic refraction. Nice try though.
Nope, just grateful.
