If I need to know something, I just ask my wife. She knows everything and is never wrong.
I’ve got to get out of this thread. My posting privileges may depend on it.
Even worse, people who microwave their food for 5+ minutes, then sit there and spend the next 5 minutes cooling it off. Just nuke that shite for 3 minutes and eat it warm.
I can’t even imagine the profound sadness you and your family is feeling at this moment. I’ll say a prayer for you today and hope you and your wife can find some comfort in knowing that your precious daughter is now in a better place. I know my words may seem a little hollow now, but cling to each other and find strength in each other. My most sincere condolences.

My wife surprised me at dinner on our 1 year anniversary with the news she was pregnant. She was about 6 weeks at the time. My reaction did not go over well with her at that moment.

I live in Washington parish also, and the storm that just moved through here wasn’t fit for man nor beast. God bless you if you were out in this weather.
My wife insists that all the Christmas decorations come down 12/26, EXCEPT the Christmas tree. It comes down 1/2.

Sorry for your loss. He was a good looking dog.

Listening to what though?

I have it playing through an Alexa device on the back patio. I’ve had it on mostly the decade channels as well as a couple other music channels and I listened to Finebaum on the ESPN channel while I was out on the patio and in the yard.
No, Legit email from SiriusXM. I subscribed and it was 3.29 w/ tax. Been listening to it the past 2 days.
I recently got an online invitation to subscribe to their Music and Entertainment plan for $3.00 a month for 36 months. A deal too good to pass up.

Depends on your budget. You can spend $400 or 4K.

Looking for something easier to conceal with a smaller grip than the Glock 48. My hands are on the smaller side and I like the look of the hk cc9 and the kimber r7 mako. Just looking for other options and getting other people’s opinions.
I currently carry the Glock 48, but at times it’s difficult to conceal.
What are the folks of the outdoor board carrying?
What is considered the best CC handguns out there now?

Update:

Thanks to everyone for sharing what they carry and their opinions. After doing what seems like too much research, I purchased the Smith & Wesson M&P shield plus. Got a great deal from my local gun shop ( the pistol, 6 mags and range bag for $445). I fired about 50 rounds through it today and I like it better than my Glock 48. It will definitely be my new CC carry moving forward.
I’m heading to the post office tomorrow to put an entire stack of Christmas cards in the mail. I’ll have the wife fill out another for her. That should cover Louisiana.
There is a glaucoma specialist that’s in Covington on Wednesdays and Fridays named Dr Edward Langlow.

There are a couple aftermarket 15 round mags that fit the Psa dagger micro and the 43, 43x and the 48. Google it and you’ll find plenty of videos on the subject.
I have a Glock 48 and I have a couple dagger micro mags and they work great. The dagger full size and compact magazine is too wide for the dagger micro and Glock 43x.

The dagger micro does not take the same magazines as the compact. The 43x takes the dagger micro mags and vice versa, but the dagger compact is a different magazine. I have a full size dagger and I can put the 17 round magazine in my Glock 17 and my Glock 19 (although it is actually to long for the 19).

Does anyone CC with this pistol? I’ve seen lots of reviews and they are mostly positive. Just wondering if anyone has any insight.

Just finished the annual viewing and for the first time in over 25 years of marriage, my wife watched it in its entirety in one sitting and got a little choked up at the end.

PSA Dagger Complete SWRV2 RMR Slide With Stainless Threaded Barrel, Black - $189.99

The full size and compact frames dropped another $10 to $39.99.
Could put together a nice pistol for less than &250.
