168 hours. Since I work offshore that gives me 28 weeks a year off. At 20 years(6 more) I will get another 44 hours. Several times I've timed my vacation to where I've gotten 7 weeks off consecutively. I consider myself extremely fortunate.

Accrue 6.46 hours per pay period. Can accrue up to 300. Can only roll over 200 at end of year tho. In two more years it goes up to 8 hours per pay period.

When I worked, I got 26 days annual leave per year, plus 10 federal holidays. Also got 4 hours sick leave per pay period. Been retired 15 years.

We used to be able to sale them back to them company but they stopped that in the spring. 14 hours per month. 4 weeks per year

I have uncapped vacation, and I take no more than two weeks per year.

yeah, i had a job like this. sounds great unless you have a dick for a boss. dude gave me shite cause i took time off to visit my dying grandmother in the hospital within my first month of employment.
