I wfh and that time can be under 5 minutes some days. If I’ve had a late night I may just skip showering until midday - it all depends on what’s on my schedule.

I work from home for myself (since 2002). I get up about 6:00 and start working about 8:00. I used to roll out around 7:30-7:40, but it’s so much better for me having a couple of hours to read and get some things done before starting work.

I usually feel like death in the morning. About 3 hours
Wake up around 5
Make coffee
Sit in bath tub
Get out and take a dump
Get back in tub and sit for about an hour and browse around on TD
Get dressed
Go take another shite
Depending on severity, might have to wash arse again and change
Brush teeth
Leave for work
Wake up around 5

Alarm goes off at 5, and I snooze once or twice. So I'm up around 5:15-5:20 and am at work for 6.

Wake up at 4:30 without an alarm every day. 12 minute commute. Usually in the office by 8:30.

Driving to the office it was about an 1 hour 15 mins. When WFH, it was 5 mins with a cup of coffee in hand.

About this. Gotta get the coffee brewing, and get my mind right before I step foot in my home office. It's been taking a little longer to get around to the latter part of my morning routine.
If I leave before 545 in the morning, it takes me 45 min to get to the office. After 6 and its over an hour. I have to choose between sleeping and sitting in traffic.
