You don't, you fricking snitch. Do your job and mind your own business. No matter how fast or slow he works, he's never gonna pay your bills and you won't be responsible for his. Now quit being a baby and get back to work.

Then why don't you just man up and tell your coworker that he needs to pick up the pace. Maybe you could show him a more efficient way to do something. Could be a time his experience could help you with something. If you're going to snitch, though, be a man and own it. Don't leave an anonymous note or email.

Jack-In-The-Box tacos should be the most disgusting taco in the world, since they dip them in hot oil. But, they are damn good.

If your boss is worth a shite he already knows.

Just do your job you millennial shite licker and remember to wipe the brown off your nose when you go sit in the stall and read the internet for 30 mins at a time.

Old guys also suck because they always want to get to work early and leave early. If we need the old guy after 2-3pm or need to call a meeting we can't because the old guy already left since he gets to work at 5am. Screw the old guy. Work normal hours like a normal person.

The old guy also backs into his spots and sits in his truck for 5 minutes before getting out.

I dont think so man, the best thing for him is to try something else at this stage. This job isnt for him and he isnt getting anything done. Just a liability.

Does his work directly effect the quality of your work? Is it causing strife between you and your bosses? If not, leave the old baw alone.

In all seriousness, I think Ill come in early tomorrow and leave a note on my boss's desk letting him know as a team we have to reevaluate the team member.

Second mistake.

ETA: This is 1/2 the reason I fired someone at lunch today. Again...stay in your lane. You don't know more than your boss.

Well, for starters, you don't post Exhibit A in his age discrimination lawsuit on the OT.
