I use isopropyl alcohol on my granite countertops and also to spot clean walls. I keep it in a spray bottle, but you could use hand sanitizer, too.

Can you approach it like it’s a pool stain and use muriatic acid to remove? Just test it first in an inconspicuous spot.

You could do what my grandfather did in architecture school 80 years ago when he spilled coffee on his prints while working on them. When he turned them in they were a nice beige.

Bar keepers helper it come in a can like comet
It works on just about anything .

Id scrub it and the rinse clean if still there saturate a rag or old towel w/ bleach let it sit over night clean w/ water and the scrub again w/ the bar keepers helper

Baking soda works I think. I had a wet metal soup can leave a ring.

I'm not sure if it will work on quartz, but it's brought stains out of marble.
