My wife and I don't do drama. We've cut people loose, no debate, no thought to it. And we still have plenty of friends.

You have to be direct with them. Point out to them how well things are going in your life and how easy things have been lately. Especially since your earnings have increased and you’re exercising so much you feel healthier than in your 20s. You want them to know there’s hope. Probably.
