Insecurities are usually deeply rooted - so I try to figure out what their underlying issue and try to approach them from that angle when I interact with them.

Unless I’m too mentally spent to gaf.

Then I do me and let them do them.

Drop them. They aren't real friends.

If you consider them a friend don't rub salt in their wound. You already know it has nothing to do with you but their own sense of inadequacy and they're probably magnifying their own shortcomings.

I don't see why you would cut a friend off for that. It's human nature to be jealous and envious, managing it is another issue.

I exploit their weaknesses for money and amusement.

J/K. I stopped having problematic people in my life a long time ago.

This.

Are we talking "I wish my lawn looked as good as yours" jealous?

Or hitting-on-your-woman jealous?

I just needed a vent. Thanks.

Do you not learn anything in Boy Scouts about tying knots?

If your friends are insecure you need more practice (If they are really special friends I would invest in some mink handcuffs).

A friend would not think of another friend in those terms.

I have no problem cutting people off and I will always do it if necessary. I don’t have a great job (it’s not terrible) or rich parents or a fancy car or anything but I’m good looking and girls like me despite those things. I have had some so called friends that will shite on me for these things but then turn around and try to bang my exes (let’s be real they never had a chance but still pisses me off). The fact is that anything that you have that people want and may not have, bad people will feel jealousy or insecurity towards it and try to take it from you. It’s hilarious. frick them.

Yeah this but I will just not invite certain people places and if they are there won’t really talk to them. That’s about all you can do sometimes
