The neighbors aren’t controlling their animal, so all bets are off IMO.
High powered pellet gun between the eyes would solve the problem.

It was easy to avoid. I didn't need anyone telling me I couldn't put a flag pole up, or couldn't have a basketball ball goal in the driveway (all issues friends had), etc.

Obviously no good if it’s already on the truck but if you can catch it on the approach while it’s in your yard, my neighbor used to have free range guineas ( like chickens) and to prevent a big fued from my killing them I bought a super soaker and a paint ball gun with compressed air tank, and I used to snipe then with the water gun if they were close enough or the paintball gun if they were further out and not in front of anything I didn’t want splatted. It was actually kind of fun.

Im just picking on ya. I'm out in the woods. Not even sure if some people could spell HOA around these parts.

I'm jealous... I'd love to have a compound out deep in the woods.

don't leave you can of tuna and Tylenol outside, that would attract the cat.

So you’re not ok with paw prints on your hood that are barely visible to anyone but you as you get in your truck and does nothing to your truck, but you’re ok with spreading fricking cayenne pepper all over your hood which will be caked on your hood in the morning from the dew and you’ll actually have to clean ?

Besides the cat, put additional coyote food around the truck.

We have foxes, but no coyotes that I know of

Lots of pictures and Animal Control will come and get it and fine the neighbor for having a nuisance pet
