How did the reopen go in East and west Felenicia?

They said they were going to open regardless of Governor’s orders, he said they could not, not seeing how it went, anybody got the scoop?

There was nothing to open.
They literally only have gas stations and grocery stores.
Those were open anyway.
ETA: East Feliciana should stop worrying about defying a stay at home and focus on getting potable water again.

They have a couple of restaurants. Was this a hoax. Why are the restaurants and salons not open?
