I agree - what is wrong with people?
If this is indeed a picture of the man and his family, I hope the wife/mother hunts you down and sues you for everything you're worth. IMO no court would rule against this.

As a registered sex offender, Swain won’t be allowed to go within 250 yards of a pound, a kennel, or a PetSmart. Supervised visitation with Shipley 2 hours a month.
