1985 Liberty Bowl in Memphis when we sucked it and threw in the towel versus Baylor. Second coldest and I can’t remember year when we got skull drug last game of year at Arkansas. Miserable both times.

Hottest had to be 2008 or about in Phoenix. Got off plane and thought I was in an oven.

Those I Bowl appearances in Shreveport were bad but at least we won.

I was there in peacetime, late ‘80s, for “Team Spirit”, even volunteered for advance party. I absolutely can’t imagine what it was like in the ‘50s & being shot at. Please honor his service!

Hottest? I don’t know. It’s hot outside a lot. I remember we drove through Las Vegas when I was a kid and my dad wouldn’t let us even get out of the car because it was like 120. “You saw it, good enough.”

Coldest, I remember I was in Chicago on the record breaking day when the high was negative 15 and I walked to the grocery store down the street just to say I did.

I wore like 3 layers and I was fine

Hottest was Bruton, Texas when I was like 16 it got to almost 115 maybe a bit hotter. Was not a fun time thankfully there was a pool spent majority time in there

Coldest technically was Anchorage it was around 10 below late November and snowing pretty hard. However it still didnt feel as cold as being by the harbor in New York on New Year's. 19 degrees with strong winds and blowing snow

-22. Did not get above zero for an entire week. Cincinnati, Ohio. The big gigantic winter storm. 1994 or 95.

Heat? Just regular New Orleans seat in the summer.

I remember one week in like 2009 or so where it stayed above 100 here in NE AL for like 5 days straight. Hottest temp was 106 or 108. Heat index was 115. That one sticks out in my mind as the hottest.

Coldest was Niagra Falls in February and it was -8. The amount of ice that accumulated on everything from the mist coming off the falls was seriously impressive.

Coldest place I’ve ever BEEN is Lapland Finland.

The coldest I’ve ever FELT was when I visited a friend in San Francisco when I was 20. I didn’t realize San Francisco SOUNDS warm; but isn’t. I was in shorts and a T shirt in the upper deck of a Cal game in late October and that was miserable. Frick San Francisco.

May not be the hottest as for actual temperature, but NoLa in August/September may be the most miserable experience ever.

It’s hard to say. It’s all different. Say NYC winter is different than Chicago, etc etc.

Then say AZ desert heat is different than swamp arse heat of Houston/LA coast.
