I mainly use the Crystals, but I also grind habaneros that my wife grows and use it to make a seasoned salt.

I just used it on a batch of jerky. It will separate people into two groups.

Restaurants don't put hot sauce in the fridge. Or ketchup, mustard etc.

Mayo doesn’t need to be refrigerated unless it’s refrigerated.

Leave your Mayo out after you open it. It’ll make you shite harder than the hottest hot sauce

Restaurants leave ketchup and hot sauce on their tables after they close so it’s fine to leave out

So from my understanding, if you never refrigerate it, it doesn’t need to be refrigerated. But if you do refrigerate it, you need to keep it in the fridge. Because reasons.

Have you never eaten in a restaurant?

I refuse to believe this is a real question or a real thread.

I get what he’s saying. Once you’ve refrigerated a condiment, you must continue to refrigerate it. If you never put it in the refrigerator, you don’t need to suddenly start.

That makes no sense. It’s the act of opening it that requires some condiments to be refrigerated.

Why would refrigerating an unopened jar of mayo require it to be kept cold if it’s never opened?
