Squatters rights are some of the worst laws in this country. Squatters deserve no rights and should be treated as intruders.

frick each and every person who votes for leftist politicians who allow this shite.

Atlanta area, huh? Enough said. This is a common situation in Dem controlled areas where the courts are corrupted and often drag their feet to avoid evicting people.

This is the OT. You are telling me y'all can't come up with a way to handle this besides going in there and murdering them? I don't believe it.

Desirable Decatur is a very blue city in a very blue county, in a blue metro area. This is the area that gave us Cynthia McKinney and Hank Jones.

There are some nice areas in DeKalb county, and some good schools. but then there are things like this. Our neighborhood yard guy won't work in Dekalb. People steal his equipment off his truck while he's working.

Good for him.

That’s what he gets for having a house that he doesn’t use for months at a time

It's too bad he wasn't armed and didn't do society a favor when the POS pointed a gun at him first. Absolute insanity.

Exact reason why the laws are made that way, to discourage people from owning extra properties.

Doesn't just happen to rentals or vacation homes. People come home from vacation and squatters have taken over their "regular" home.

This is insanity. This shouldn't take more than a few hours to clear up if the person in the house can provide a signed rental agreement with a signature matching the owner of the property. But in today's clown world, people can steal your house, tear it to the ground, and nothing can be down to remedy the situation. These people likely wont go to jail when it's finally resolved, and if you sue them, you wont get enough to cover the damages and legal fees.

I would rather my property accidentally catch on fire than have squatters living in it.

That dude is a major pussy. There is no way a squatter would have a chance to call the cops. They would have exactly 2 seconds to leave before I fill them with lead and if they're armed, they get 0 seconds. The coroner would be there to scoop them up.

Brilliant.

What could possibly go wrong handling the situation that way in a county where 83% of the voters voted for Joe Biden, all seven county commissioners are democrats, every single state and federal elected official representing the county is democrat AND they have a Soros backed D.A

While I get and generally share this sentiment you know they would just charge him with murder if he did that. Especially in a blue district, hell nowadays maybe even in a red one
