That dude is a major pussy. There is no way a squatter would have a chance to call the cops. They would have exactly 2 seconds to leave before I fill them with lead and if they're armed, they get 0 seconds. The coroner would be there to scoop them up.

I blame the evil Democrats in office nationwide! This country is headed to complete lunacy and the left loves it.
I wouldn't vote for a Democrat if they were the only one on the ballot running for dogcatcher!

Just burn it down. There’s no way they could pin him over the squatters

Explain it to me like a child. When does trespassing become squatting? Then what is the statute of limitations on the original trespass?

There should be a law added that you must call a property home for X amount of days without a lease or document you own it before you cant legally be removed. Sure if it was 2 years, fine protect the squatting POS

There are plenty of nice areas up there. But I'm betting this one is in the trenches on the gay's gentrification schedule somewhere.

I’m going in guns blazing at this point.

There was a guy who figured out a way to get rid of them and now does it as a service. He signs a lease with the owner (did it for himself) then just moved in himself with the squatters and makes their life hell.
This needs to be addressed by state legislatures and fast. It’s gotten out of hand.

There should be no such thing as "squatters' rights".

My point went over your head. I’m saying if someone pulled a gun on him the person pulling the gun almost definitely has a criminal record and likely unable to own a gun.

This is the OT. You are telling me y'all can't come up with a way to handle this besides going in there and murdering them? I don't believe it.

I’d die of a blood pressure spike in his situation.

I would clear them all out.
I would most certainly go to prison, but they would be cleared out.
