Not to say that a known drug dealer killed in 70805 is more or less important than the Duplantier's but that's how their office HAS to view each case.

The list of suspects in cases like this double homicide is usually incredibly small.

A drug dealer in 70805? Not so much.

Why is the BRPD making this case the poster boy for more coverage on random drug shootings in North Battin' Roux-edge?

Especially when the surrounding community has no interest in cooperating with the police.

He's right, though. Law Enforcement would undoubtedly solve more murders if the same amount of attention was given to every murder.

I don't think this was solved so quickly due to increased effort. All signs pointed to this guy and then it just became a matter of tracking him down.

The obsessed black Racialists chiming in with the quickness:

April Shellmire · Works at Walmart
It's sad 2 say that this story seems to be on the police, top priority list but yet there's a murder in my neighborhood / near by neighborhood and they don't put that much importance in lot those murders.
But yet they try and tell us that 5 his a fair city.

Got a list of people who worked for them, possibly info on the truck he owned and he was MIA. That adds up to suspect quickly.

I will attempt a translation:

The police should not have tried to solve this murder of these white people since I am black and a black person was killed near me and that crime has not been solved because the police hate black people and Baton Rouge hates black people.

Oh I knew it was coming. Let the cops come sniffing around the hood and see how much info they get.

People cooperated with the investigation, coming forward with any information.

Ever watch First 48? Cops will have a lead and no one knows the perps real name, where he lives, what kind of car he drives, or his phone number. Just that "shorty did it".

They didn't. During his time on the podium, The DA made a subtle two sentence comment about how he wished all murders were treated this way, regarding the attention and level of commitment to solving them. Just a testament to their frustration with murders in the ghettos. It's a good thing to have that kind of DA IMO.

Not a shocker. It was short and subtle and respectable.
