This story is so fricking retarded. Who gives a flying frick if she appropriated some Chinese culture for a prom dress? The Chinese certainly don't give a shite. If anyone knows anything about the Chinese restaurant industry, they would understand that it's success stems from the fact that they literally appropriate that tastes of the local culture and adapt them into traditional Chinese dishes. They Americanize them. They did this because at one point in time in this country Chinese were only allowed to work in two industries, laundry and restaurants.
