Tired of giving government money to be wasted and spent fraudulently, especially on money that is saved.

I always do it pretty quickly. Due to bonuses, ended up owing $970 this year. That's fine. I rather give the government a non-interest payment than the other way around.

I owed $8200. I owed $3500 last year. I found an issue with my W4 last year from when my company transfered systems and thought I fixed it. I made it worse. I let the feds determine the penalty, which can be beneficial, and they didn't apply one. They took the cash out the day after I filed. Louisiana owes me $776 and it's going to take them a month to pay it.

First time dealing with marketplace insurance. Wife had to retire early for medical reasons and had to get insurance because she is not old enough for Medicare yet. I didn’t know about the 1095 form because we didn’t receive one. After adding it in, we went from getting back a little over $1400 to owing over $1500. How is that even possible? That’s a $2900 swing! Obama was the worst thing that ever happened to our country.

This is why I owe more than $1000 a year and don’t pay your penalty.

You understated your income when you signed up. The credits you received were too high based on your reported income so you had to repay them.

Yeah I’m seeing that now. She signed herself up for it and didn’t discuss it much, which is entirely my fault. I don’t know what figures she used for the income part so I’m sure you are correct.

You can volunteer to pay more, but Dems never do. I wonder why you cheap bastards don't give more to the government to help the poors and illegals that you love so much.

$8k ish in taxes ain't covering jack. That is a millisecond of paying off the debt service for the trillions of US debt.

Seems like you're not withholding enough throughout the year, you need to fix your elections on your w4.

We paid a little under 27,000 I was expecting worse so that number was a very pleasant surprise. Thank you, Mr. President!
