I went to elementary school with a guy who killed his girlfriend’s sister. His name was Jacob Jones, always a geeky kid but nothing more than that. In 2003 he was dating a girl and I guess her foster sister was always making fun of him, so him and another guy lured her to a hotel in Dover and killed her. Then he went out to Dover Air Force Base (he was in civil air patrol) and got a small plane, went up and dumped her body in the ocean, some fishermen found it then. When police were closing in he shot himself. I remember sitting on my computer in college and a buddy of mine sent me an AIM and asked if I remembered him and then told me what happened.

I was like that would be funny. And really the only higher profile one I can think of up here. Or it's the first one that comes to mind.

Time to put on my internet detective hat (I'm not good at this and if a quick google search doesn't find it I give up).

Kid I grew up with shot his girlfriend after a drug infused fight. Blew her head off with a shot gun. Took refuge in Texas but eventually turned himself in. Was convicted of manslaughter and did 15 years I believe. Surprised the father of the girl didn't kill him.

Growing up in Philly my cousin was friends with a legit serial killer. I would hang out with my cousin all the time who was gang affiliated, and his friend had bodies on him. His was always nice to me, but he just seemed evil...demonic even.

Cousin, out of respect for my parents never let me get involved with anything, not like I would; but his friend killed at least 8-10 dudes that we knew of.

Dude ended up getting killed the same way he did others. Brains blowed out and left for his mom to find. If there is a hell, he's there.

I was in Cub Scouts with and took over the paper route for a kid who was a year older and lived three streets over. Knew him but was not friends. When I was in 8th grade and he was in 9th, he slashed his little brother’s throat. Kid was probably in 5th or 6th grade.

A kid (15) I went to middle school with killed a girl (13) the summer after 8th grade. Broke into her house to rob the place and thought nobody was home. She was there and he strangled her to death. He got life in prison and I believe is in Angola today. As a kid, this was pretty wild to hear. His name is Mark St. Julien.

I deduced it was James "Mike" Debardelben in Bossier.

Possibly wrong and it maybe is Charles R. George out of Monroe.

Dude I knew in trade school killed a girl in Franklin. Hid her body. Got caught trying to rape a chick a couple years later, and confessed to the murder. Dude was very socially awkward and got mad easily

I went to school with a guy who wound up murdering his mother after we became adults. I think he got deep into drugs and just lost it I suppose

Yes Hart - Last person executed in Mississippi

quote:

Like knew them closely

No

He lived across the street from my Grandmother. I was nine at the time so did not know him but I fished his property and would talk to him briefly passing through his yard. I only ever knew him as towel bc he always had one wrapped around his head.

Seeing his picture, pretty obvious why. Whole family was fricked up. Believe his dad blew himself up in a barn. He tried multiple times to kill himself.

Guy I grew up with killed 4 people in Texas. His father worked for my family and I knew him well. He was a good kid until around 13-14 then "got mixed up with the wrong crowd".

Started selling drugs.

Went to Texas to buy drugs and decided he wanted the drugs and didnt want to give them cash for it so he and two other people tied them up and shot them in the head. Four died and two survived and identified them to police. After a short run they were captured and returned to Texas.

Dudley was executed in 2006.
