I bought a outdoor patio set saved $400 and they shipped it for free. It was quality stuff too.

Recently? Mind sharing which one, we need to replace our stuff.

Depends. I know they sell Ashley products at frequent discount (I have an old Ashley desk I needed a matching file cabinet/chair for), so if you get a good deal, you can at least get mediocre/average furniture chain quality stuff on steep discount. It's not going to last a lifetime, but better than really cheap veneered stuff you get at similar prices.

That said, I have some patio furniture (it was pretty inexpensive) that has not aged particularly well. You can probably get equivalent or better from IKEA.

I bought a king size bed from them a while back for a little over a grand and it is pretty nice. It's pretty solid construction and it was fairly easy to put together.

My only complaint is it takes it for damn ever to get to you. They had my money for well over a month before I got my damn bed

I mean the bed isn't a $6000 dollar piece but for what I paid it seems nice and I think it will last until I am ready to drop that kind of cash on a center piece for my bedroom.

Also if you are looking at mattresses I'd seriously consider the online in the box deals. I never would have thought that we could get a king mattress and box spring for under $1500, but my FIL ordered the GhostBed Mattress back before Thanksgiving.....he let me try it out and I was impressed enough to give it a shot and it has been awesome for the price. I'm not sure how long it will last but hell if it lasts 5 years I'll feel pretty good about it to be honest with you. It's firm so if you don't like firm try something elese LOL. I'll probably never buy a $2500+ mattress again from a big box store or furniture store (at least I hope).

I bought a computer desk from them. Its ok, but the main thing that stood out to me was their customer service. We ordered it and FedEx lost it. I called and they said well get right on it. An hour later they called and sent a replacement. Two days later both desks showed up at my house. I called them and they told me to keep them both.

Same thing happened to us. We ordered a couple of upholstered chairs and one of them was broken. We told them, and like 2 days later we got a replacement and they didn't want the broken one back. Weird part was that the new one was a slightly modified design that looked almost identical but was made in a way that the legs were less likely to break.

I have ordered from them 4 times and have nothing but good to say about quality and the service. Wood Patio Furniture, Ottoman, Bed Sheets, and Curtains.

Ordered a living room bookcase and an office desk from there within the past 4 months.

Both are different brands and seem to be pretty good pieces so far. Just had to assemble each.

Would buy again

We got a sofa from there and we love it. It was the craziest thing - we bought a bed and a brand new TV in one afternoon. We looked at four houses before finding the one we bought. But we spent 6 months visiting every furniture store in Baton Rouge and Denham Springs and we couldn't find a sofa we both really liked. My wife goes to Wayfair and there were tons of sofas we both liked. When it arrived, there was a screw-up and they forgot to bring the arms for the sofa. But they knocked $50 off the price and we got the arms a week or two later.

My mom ordered a bed for my kid them. After about a month, she called to ask why we hadn't seen it yet. They put a hold on the order and wanted her to send her water bill or some shite to them to prove it was her.

She cancelled and ordered from Amazon. We had it within a week.

I get their policy is to avoid fraud, but you'd think they would have emailed or called.

Not really a negative, just be aware.

Up, I have visited the site many times, but never purchased anything. I would imagine it depends on what you are looking for. For example, if you need a night stand or something like that, I am sure its just as good as anywhere else, but if its a larger purchase for something you would expect to last awhile, I would be a little more leary. It's not Ikea.. If that means anything.

Bought a cheap glider rocker for our nursery and it broke a few weeks later. We called and they gave a full refund and I was able to fix the chair better than new. Win.

Saw a love seat at a store here in BR a couple years ago, it was $100 cheaper and no tax on Wayfair. I got to sit in one before I bought it though.

I bought a coffee table from them a while back. When I opened the box, the corner was nicked up. Called Wayfair to have it replaced and they offered me option of keeping it at a discounted price or send me a new one. Decided I'd rather have an undamaged one, so when I told them to just ship a replacement and sent a return shipping label for the damaged one, they told me not to worry about sending the damaged one back because they wouldn't be able to resell it. Told me to keep it or donate it. Would recommend them.

We bought our mattress locally and got the headboard from Wayfair, seems to be of a pretty god quality. It's 4 years old and holding up just fine.

Other than our couch and mattresses, we refurnished our entire house post-flood with Wayfair. Our TV stand arrived with a scratched top, and they sent a replacement top pretty quickly. Now I have this huge scratched board, might make some shelves out of it.

I actually find furniture assembly therapeutic, as long as it's good quality hardware.

Wayfair is miles ahead of Amazon in the furniture business, and the shipping is just as fast in my experience.

Pretty common for furniture companies unless it comes in a flat box from KMarks.
