Pretty common for furniture companies unless it comes in a flat box from KMarks.

I would have been fine if they would have told me up front and not given me a date range that was a good 2 weeks before it actually arrived.

Decent quality. Got a TV stand and a desk. No complaints except one of the peices was warped. Still works fine and looks fine.

I love Wayfair. I got some gorgeous patio furniture, a hot tub, and a fire pit. Everything has been quality merchandise. Free shipping. Best customer service EVER. I would not hesitate to order from them.

Their furniture varies in quality. Everything I have ordered from their has been delivered with some sort of damage, usually minor. However, Wayfair has excellent customer service and in every instance they have redelivered the furniture without requesting me to send the damaged furniture back. Recently, I ended up with two bookcases for the price of one. The first one they sent me only had very minor scratches.

I bought a $400 credenza/TV console piece. Was happy with the purchase.

I've heard positive reviews.

However comma the commercials will keep me from ever visiting their website. I'm sure they are fine, fine people, but that jingle is my kryptonite.

My experience is limited. Wife ordered a smallish item (can't even recall what, now). It was not quite what we wanted, particle board among other things. Contacted them, was able to ship it back, no charge.

Can't speak for the quality, but I suspect it is as others have stated, varies by item, but I can say their customer service was outstanding.
