He's right behind the High School... and it looks relatively new, so probably built to handle this sort of storm. That's where I'd go. Pull that SUV right up to the front door and hunker down.

Jeff was on the NW eye wall with the winds from the northeast. That 35 bridge was in the straight east/southeast side. Water may have been piling up in that bay.

No, there isn't. I remember when they built that Holiday Inn in Port La Cow saying, "holy crap, they are prepping for a hell of a storm."
